Large Roe Skull & Deaths Head Moth Dome

This large glass dome features a Roe doe skull adorned with a large Pine Chafer Bettle and a beautiful Deaths Head Hawk Moth, resting on a mushroom. 

This dome also contains real preserved Moss, Ferns, ethereal Pixie Cup Lichen, Turkey Tail Mushrooms, Pine Cones and delicate Forget-Me-Not flowers. The mushrooms are hand made from wire and foam clay and then hand painted.

The Roe skull is ethically sourced - having been found in my local woods on one of my many foraging walks- like much of the preserved foliage in all of my pieces. The forget-me-nots were grown in my garden before being preserved.

All insects used in my pieces are ethically and sustainably sourced.
